Managed Parking Is Now Active
How to
Pay?
Payment is required in managed parking areas during posted enforcement hours.

Mobile App: Download and pay through the Passport Parking app.

Text to Pay: Text "Park" to 30844 and follow the prompts to start a parking session.

Pay at a Kiosk: Use a nearby kiosk if you prefer not to use a smartphone.

Your zone number is listed on signs near where you parked.

Multiple payment options are available for your convenience.
When is Payment Required?
Managed parking is now fully operational throughout designated downtown areas.

Payment is required Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–8 PM.

State holidays are excluded.

Citations may be issued for non-payment or parking violations.

Parking ambassadors and City staff are available to assist users.
