APPEAL A CITATION

1. To appeal a citation online, click on the button below and enter your citation number. You will then be able to enter your appeal. A valid appeal must show that you were not in violation of city ordinance.

2. To request a formal hearing pursuant to Ogden City Municipal Code section 10-6-4B, contact parking services at 801-629-8723.  A $25 nonrefundable fee is required with the hearing application.

3. Informal and formal appeals must be made within 10 days of the date of the violation.

 

As Park Ogden's parking compliance operator, Park Ogden has been granted the authority to issue citations and collect citation fines on behalf of Ogden City.
