Enforcement hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Sundays and state holidays are free unless otherwise posted.

The system will utilize the Passport Parking app, payment kiosks, and Text-to-Pay with enforcement supported by pay-by-license-plate and zone-based methodology.

Citations may be paid online at cityofogden.rmcpay.com or by scanning the QR code on your citation. Please have your citation or license plate number available when making an online payment.

Paid parking zones are clearly marked. Free parking may be available in certain lots or garages outside the core area.

Rates vary by parking type - on-street, off-street, EV charging, etc. Check signage or visit the Parking Basics page for free parking options and paid parking rates.

Yes. Vehicles displaying a valid disability placard or disability license plate may park in any legal parking space within the managed parking area free of charge for up to two hours. No payment, app, or pay station is required during the two-hour exemption period.
