RESIDENTIAL PERMITS

We offer several different Ogden City Residential Parking Permits depending on your needs:

Residential Business Parking Permit (New Permit or Reapply)
Residential Permit (New Permit or Reapply)
WonderBlock Garage Permit
Residential Guest Permit (For Current Residential Permit Holders)
Residential Guest Permit (For Residents without a current Residential Permit)

Visit the online permit Customer Portal and select the permit type from the dropdown menu for full permit details, cost, eligibility, and to submit an application.

Permits are digital and linked directly to the resident’s vehicle license plate — no physical stickers or hang tags required.
Residents can apply, renew, or update vehicle information through the online permit Customer Portal.
Proof of residency must be provided at the time of application or renewal.
Permits allow parking only within the resident’s designated Residential Permit Zone during posted enforcement hours.
Enforcement officers verify permits digitally by license plate.
Resident permits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please note that you will be asked to provide your vehicle's make and model, as well as your license plate number.

HOW TO USE THE CUSTOMER PORTAL FOR PERMITS

From the online permit Customer Portal sign into an existing account or create an account, using a valid email address or phone number, to apply for, reapply for, or manage an existing parking permit.
Once you're logged in, select the permit type you want to apply, or reapply for, from the dropdown menu. Once you have selected the correct permit type from your dropdown, click Let's Get Started to continue.
- You can save and exit any permit application so that you can come back to it at a later date/time.
- To resume an application that had been previously started, you may choose to Resume the specific application from your Permits Dashboard.

Some permits require proof of eligibility. Acceptable documents include:

Proof of residency: a current utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement.
Copy of a valid driver's license.
